  • Entre Maderas y Arte is a fully responsive e-commerce platform and digital art gallery showcasing curated works from paintings to handcrafted furniture. The project focused on usability, scalability, and seamless browsing while integrating features to enhance product discoverability, SEO, and conversions.

    Role & Responsibilities

    Full-stack Developer & Designer

    ▪ Led platform overhaul, ongoing management, optimization, and complete migration to Shopify.

    Timeline & Duration

    April 2023 – October 2024

    ▪ Initial development and optimization over 18 months, followed by a focused 3-month migration and redevelopment phase

    Process & Development

    ▪ Led full-stack redevelopment and migration from WordPress/WooCommerce to Shopify, ensuring 100% accurate data transfer and SEO preservation.

    ▪ Designed and implemented a responsive, scalable UI using Shopify’s Liquid templating and CSS, ensuring seamless browsing across devices.

    ▪ Transitioned hosting from Neubox to Squarespace, increasing global site speed, uptime, and availability.

    ▪ Implemented SEO best practices, integrated analytics, and developed KPI tracking to monitor and refine site performance.

    ▪ Increased organic traffic by 40% through SEO optimization and streamlined product navigation.

    ▪ Boosted conversions by 25% with a refined UI and improved site performance.
