    ▪ Built automated workflows in Microsoft VBA to simulate prescription verification and streamline pharmacist response times within the prototype environment.

    ▪ Developed the app concept to balance convenience and compliance, reducing wait times and improving customer satisfaction through a simplified digital process.

    ▪ Designed a clean and user-friendly mobile interface using Adobe Photoshop, focusing on intuitive navigation and accessibility for users of all ages.
